Jakob Isak Kerner, born abt. 1889 - looking for ancestors.

Hello.

I am searching for relatives of Jakob Isak Kerner born in Poland about 1889 and emigrated to Denmark about 1909 together with his wife Esther, born Lebenberg.

They got 2 children, Leo and Sascha. Jakob  and Leo later went to Norway, while Esther and Sascha disappeared.

I hope that this forum can help 

In a register I found a record of a Jakub Icek Kerner, born 1886 i Klwow, but I do not know if he is the right person.
(Klwow PSA B1878-1902 MD1878-1901 - Radom Gubernica / Kielce Province)

I would be very greatful if someone can help me translate my query and perhaps also tell me if I put this in the right place
