W dyskusji w zupełnie innym wątku poświęconym zarządzeniu dot. udostępniania pojawił się problem cytuję:

"A propos zaciekawił mnie wątek poruszony przez Bogusławę Deryło a dotyczący tego, że użytkownicy forum nic nie wiedzą o regulaminie forum, do kogo ono należy, kto nim administruje, kto de facto zarządza i przetwarza nasze dane."

Czy może mi ktoś na ten problem odpowiedzieć ?

1. Regulamin forum jest akceptowany przez każdego użytkownika podczas jego rejestracji, bez jego akceptacji nie jest możliwe aktywne (tj. pisanie postów) korzystanie z Forum,
2. Charakter i cele Forum określa pierwszy na nim post: http://www.ifar.pl/index.php/topic,4.0.html
3. Forum jest administrowane przez administratora - w tym wypadku przez moją skromną osobę która dokłada starań do jego utrzymania, organizacji Zjazdów, publikacji materiałów z tychże Zjazdów etc.

Do tej pory nie było potrzeby zamieszczania odrębnie regulaminu no ale vox populi vox dei - więc jeśli ktoś jeszcze wyartykułuje taką potrzebę to oczywiście to zrobię...
Co do osoby do której należy kierować zapytania w tej sprawie - znów muszę podać tutaj siebie ...

Czyli jeden głos nie wystarczy? Czy może TEN głos nie wystarczy? Oj a ja myślałam że w demokracji liczy się każdy głos

I przewagę bycia administratorem, więc niestety dla mnie szaraczka nie jest 1:1, ale przecież w demokracji są mechanizmy chroniące prawa mniejszości

Rozumiem, że ten "rząd" nie chce zamieścić regulaminu?! Dlaczego?  I jest do tego potrzebna ankieta!!! Czegoś nie rozumiem, czy to jakaś tajemnica "rządowa"?

Tak, tajemnica rządowa zawiera informacje jak odnaleźć formułę kamienia filozoficznego...
A poważnie - każdy kto rejestruje się na ifar akceptuje regulamin (i ma możliwość go poczytać zanim go zaakceptuje).
Jak pisałem nie widzę potrzeby aby dodatkowo zamieszczać.

Trudno uznać te argumenty. Administrator "nie widzi potrzeby", to jednak trochę dziwne jak na publiczne forum.
Ten regulamin widziałam kilka lat temu. Czy to oznacza, że nie mogę go przeczytać teraz jeszcze raz. A może to nie jest jednak ogólnodostępne forum?

Mniejszość czuje się pozdrowiona, choć nie wie dlaczego się ją pozdrawia zamiast spełnić postulat.

Widać forum walczy o "złotą patelnię" (cytat z "Misia") i wyrabia statystykę zamieszczanych postów, zamiast po prostu zamieścić regulamin

Przecież nie ma potrzeby. Wystarczy wejść na stronę rejestracji i przeczytać (bez logowania):
